6. Scheduling and Cancellations
Appointments requests can be made through our website as well as contacting our office. Appointments can be scheduled by contacting our office directly. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid any cancellation fees. We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee for appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice.
7. Communication
Our office staff answers calls and emails when we are not in sessions and will respond by the next business day. If you contact us after hours or on the weekend, we willl respond on the next business day as well. Responses may be delayed.
